what can i do with mono?

mmkay, I’m going one a trip to colorado this coming sunday with my friends, and the activities that we will be doing is tubing,hiking, horseback riding, and maybe river rafting. I don’t want to push my limits with my spleen, but i live 6 hrs away from my friend and only get to see her once a year and she invited me to go with her. i don’t wanna be a party poo-per! but i don’t want my spleen to explode while I’m in a completely different state!! what should i do?
